The Buyer's Agent will help to negotiate the best price and terms of the contract in your best interest.
Home Inspections
Your Homeowners Real Estate Buyer's Agent will help direct you with advice for your required inspection(s). (Home Inspection, Radon, wood infestation, water test, septic certs, etc.)
Settlement
Your Homeowners Real Estate Buyer's Agent will direct you on how to get all the required insurance and get the title work done. Your buyers agent will be with you to review your settlement statement and make sure your closing goes smoothly.
